Im addicted to the classes , Helen & Hannah are excellent instructors. The classes are really friendly and all fitness levels are catered for Disco nights are great fun ,so much you forget its a fitness class ,its more like a party

A workout that actually works! Boogie bounce is well differentiated for various shapes, sizes and abilities. Easy on your joints but works your whole body. Helped me lose weight more effectively than other classes I've tried. But most importantly tremendous fun!!

I started boogie bounce in January 2019 and have never looked back!! It's my fav time of the week and makes me feel so much better about myself and boosts my confidence alot. Working out in such a supportive team is such a great help to keep me going. Also good for my mood and anxiety. I really, really urge anyone who is unsure to just give it ago... you won't regret it :) it's very addictive and has so many health benefits!

I love this class hooked in the first ten minutes love pushing myself harder every week and laughing through out the class and Helen is amazing amazing amazing xx
