        Disappointing. Came out to look at an issue with our chimney, said they would undertake the work. Had to keep chasing them.Came up with loads of excuses for not following up. Now we have a bigger problem than we started with. I cant understand why companies cant be truthful. If they dont want, or cant deal with an issue, why cant they just say so instead of constantly letting the customer down. Had no such issues when we had an expensive fire fitted!!!
