Ordered gloves. they sent the wrong size out. I had to open a paypal claim as they ignored my attempts to contact them. gloves have been returned but i have not received a refund. they NEVER reply. PLEASE DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. TRY CALLING THEM. THEY ONLY HAVE A MOBILE NUMBER AND NEVER RESPOND. WHY WOULD YOU TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS? steve naylor

Always get a great service from Great Save. Cant be beaten when it comes to what Goalkeepers need. Amazing customer service too. Will always go back to them and always recommend them.

I would highly not recommend Great save, l order over four weeks ago, for a pair goalkeeper shorts, Martin emailed that not in stock and can he send something else and so I check his site and pick some other shorts , send Martin a picture of the shorts, got no response, email a week later, haven't received the shorts, he said have you not received them and I said no, got no reply back from him, emailed him a week later and phoned him with no response, I've emailed again asking for my money back and said i only went on your site because THE ONE GLOVE COMPANY SITE, HAD YOU DOWN ON THERE SITE AS ONE OF THERE RETAILS, I SHALL BE IN CONTACT WITH THEM.
