QA Newport

On deciding to have our bathroom refurbished, we had decided to get several quotes for the job. QA was not on our list of quotes. Being in the area of QA one day we decided to call into their Newport showroom. We were welcomed by Shaun a very friendly gentleman who went over and above to listen to our requirements. He acted the same day on offering to come and see our bathroom. On arrival he thought there could be difficulties that had not been explained by other company quotes. He immediately got onto one of their team returning to us with a positive answer to our concerns with our bathroom. Within a month we are now delighted with our new refit. Q A have an excellent team of professionals who worked closely together to meet our requirements. Shaun and Tash were prompt and most helpful with the design and choices. Matt the fitter was meticulous to detail. He consulted with us throughout the job. The workmanship is to a very high quality. Thank you to the whole QA team of Ross and Rob overseeing the work. Matt and Cam to refit and Shaun and Tash in customer services. We are delighted with our bathroom and confident the refit is to a high quality standard. We have recently had our kitchen and utility room completely ripped out and re-fitted by QA kitchens. From our first point of contact with Shaun Seddon we felt confident that this was the company we would go with. It was seamless from start to finish. Shaun understood what we were after and that's what we got! Jarek was exceptional. An excellent workman who had a lovely nature and made the experience manageable. All the team, plasterer, electrician and plumbers worked to a high spec. I can't recommend them highly enough. Now for the bathroom........!

A great experience from the QA Newport team. Our main bathroom and en-suite were expertly measured and planned by Shaun Seddon, designed and colourised by Tash, project managed by Rob & Mike and installed by the truly amazing Matt Shakespeare. The service was end to end, all inclusive and without the need to get other external tradespeople in to do any of the work. Our house was built by Midland & General in 1997 (like many in Telford) and we have always struggled with the gravity fed water pressure, especially in our shower. Shaun suggested an unvented cylinder which was expertly fitted by Ross Crowson; this has transformed our showering experience and has really sorted the hot water pressure throughout the home and best of all no noisy pumps! If you have the same issue I fully recommend an unvented cylinder. The quality of this job overall is outstanding. We were kept informed at every stage as to what was happening and when. The team were respectful of our home and covered up any areas of work daily and tidied up before leaving each night. If you are considering having QA to re-model your bathrooms then I do recommend that you contact Shaun to get the ball rolling. Well done Shaun, Tash, Rob, Mike, Ross and Matt, great job!
