I went to Eldridges to sort out a will for both my wife and I, as I was due major surgery and wanted wills in place prior to the operation, we got an appointment and saw Adam Jessop who seemed very knowledgeable in this area. The wills were sent out for us to sign, however there was a couple of things I wanted to clarify before signing.. I phoned Eldridges and was told Adam would call us back, I waited two weeks and no response, I phoned a second time, stating the enquiry was getting urgent. I was told Adam would again call me back, another week has past and I have not heard anything, really disappointed with the after service which has let the company down

We used Ian Bradshaw who came recommended for our house purchase in Somerset who was assisted by Meghan Passat. From the outset we were updated regularly and we really cant fault the service we received which was outstanding. Having used a different solicitor for our recent sale where we had to constantly chase for updates it made us realise that all solicitors are not equal and having a good one takes the stress out and makes it a pleasurable experience! Highly recommended.

Really bad experience with this company, was forced to pay grant for Probate even know it arrived two months late and a month after the passing of my mother. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks and took 14 weeks. Very up set client and will never use again for anything.
