        From beginning to end not a good experience. Missed the no stamp duty deadline andalkost missed the reduced onebtoo.. Lost paperwork saying not received despite going to the office snd handing it over in person. Work is at snails pace. Just one excuse after another. Obviously took more clients on than staff could cope with. Moved one year ago and only just sent the house deeds despite chasing. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again.

        Fantastic pub with a great traditional Landlord and landlady. A great range of real ales and it's spotlessly clean. If must be clean if my Mrs says so. Plenty of events going on and great Cheese and Onion rolls and scotch eggs.I would highly recommend this great pub

        Would not recommend. 2 years 5 months down the line and transfer of property into sole name is not sorted. If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking.
