I have been coming to Lauren for almost 7 years now and cannot recommend her highly enough. First class, professional service and a good friend for life. She has helped me through some difficult times with hair loss which we have had some excellent results. All of the team are lovely and welcoming. I can only assume the reason 1 star reviewer got in a strop was because she couldn't get what she wanted, there's always someone who feels entitled to be nasty and she must be one! There's certainly a pattern to the reviews she leaves businesses!

Lauren at the Hair lounge is a really good hairdresser. Always does a great professional job of colouring my hair, styling it & making me look so much better than when I walked in !!

I telephoned this hairdressers just today enquiring about prices as not on website.. The female that answered abruptly answered with Hair Lounge in an impatient manner..and said not sure about from 38.. I then asked if I could book an appointment with Brett and she said no you can't his book is closed to new clients as are our other senior stylists.. I said so I can't book at all then she said no can take your number if he gets a client cancel to which I replied how long would I have to wait and she laughed and scoffed at me saying we'll how do i know when that would be.. I suggest to the owner that you get your staff to improve their telephone manner as I would not book here now if it was the last hairdresser on the Island.. Totally rude!! Not even a suggestion of alternatives.. .. After all it is the general public that have kept you in business over the years and then to get spoken to like that.. Beggars belief Your reply only confirms your sheer rudeness and conceit.. I can honestly say it's me that dodged the bullet.. By the way it's not the first tine you have had negative reviews on your manner.. I only leave bad reviews when I deem it necessary and this was the case.. Disgusting attitude by the person who answered the phone and yourself!!!
