        We could not have asked for anything more personal, respectful and professional. Unfortunately I have had to arrange funerals for both of my parents over the past couple of months, and Tranter's have provided an outstanding service on both occasions, making a very challenging and distressing time as good as we could have hoped. We dealt with the Newport branch (Evans and Tranter), and found all the staff to be so supportive, kind and knowledgeable throughout the process, offering guidance and clarity around difficult decisions. Nothing felt rushed or too much trouble and we were able to arrange lovely services for both mum and dad. On a practical point, the pricing is transparent and fair with no hidden extras.
