Highly recommended, Ive been petrified & embarrassed about going to see a dentist for years, manly because I had hardly any teeth left and the ones I had left were rotten also I have possibly the worst gag reflex ever, but Mr Tagboto was amazing made me feel at ease was not judgemental and has the patience of a saint 5*

Unfortunately I had a poor experience here. I attended for a check up and politely requested a clean at the start of the appointment. The dentist looked in my mouth for just 1 minute, scraped a few of my teeth with an instrument, not even a proper water scaler, and sent me on my way. Seemed like he was in a rush to get me out, because the whole appointment took just 3 minutes from start to finish. He didnt even check my gums like my old dentist did to see if I have gum disease and pockets. I was charged 24 when the NHS charge is 23.80. Very disappointed that he didnt do a thorough check up, my teeth werent cleaned properly, the appointment was rushed and I was overcharged.

After not seeing a dentist for nearly 10 yrs due to high anxiety, i finally had to admit defeat to extreme tooth pain and got in touch with Britannia. I explained my anxiety issues and they were amazing !!. Ritu had me in and explained everything step by step during the procedure. She didnt rush me into anything and informed when at times we could stop, checking regularly to see if i was ok. Ritu and her colleagues on one occasion even froze during a treatment session due to them being so thoughtful and turning up the air conditioning when i started to have an anxiety attack as i had previously explained coldness relaxes me. So glad i chose this surgery and will be recommending them to everyone who will listen.

Britannia House Dental Surgery took me on when I had excruciating toothache from an abscess back in December, Dr Ritu and the team have been very understanding and professional throughout. They organised a dental plan for me and have visited three times in 2 months so far, it has been at a very reasonable cost also and at a time when it is hard to find dentists generally. I would definitely recommend this surgery to others. Thank you for your work so far.

As per the previous reviewer, I also dont usually write reviews. However, given how welcoming, friendly and professional the staff at the Britannia House Dental Surgery are, I felt compelled to write this review. I have been to several dentists over the years and without doubt this practice is the best dental practice I have been to. I would happily recommend them to family and friends. Regardless of where I move next in the country, I will definitely continue to come back to Britannia House Dental Surgery.
