I had been working off the Island and noticed a filling came loose. I contacted the above dentist and made an appointment. They took a 50 reservation fee , then they cancelled my appointment which I had taken off work to attend and I rebooked but I had got the time wrong by an hour so I turned up 1 hour later which I can understand if they have other bookings but the receptionist was very unprofessional and and also was insisting that I pay another 50 to make another appointment. This was as a private patient- goodness knows how they would deal with NHS patients.

The female dentist I saw was extremely judgmental and rude, perhaps she should keep her opinions on people's lifestyles to herself and just do her job... The receptionist however was lovely, couldn't fault her.

I have always found this dental practice excellent. I have been a patient for around 16 years and never had an issue. Very friendly reception staff and although they only have one dentist at present it has to be said what a fantastic job she is doing under such pressure.

Went in for an emergency appointment through the 111 helpline for a broken tooth. They took a X-Ray and didn't actually do any treatment promised under the emergency appointment. They then told me I can't get a filling as they don't have time for it. 22/06/2022.
