        Ordered the VE afternoon tea. Supposed to have been delivered between 2pm and 5pm. We got an automated message at 5pm stating some deliveries would be late. At 5.30pm tried to contact by messenger, left a voicemail and eventually text. We wanted to know if we would have to make alternative arrangements. At 7.45pm we got a message saying very sorry would we like a refund or delivered tomorrow. Very poor customer service. Leaving it so late. Negative Facebook reviews seem to be removed and the few that remain are not responded to. Good luck when ordering... make sure you have a plan B.
