Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mother in law took her car in this morning to be cleaned as her dogs get it quite dirty after walks on the beach. The manager was very rude to her a refuse to clean her car saying it was disgusting then called over the rest of the workers and humiliated her in front of them, saying how disgusting her car was and again he refused to let anyone clean it. This has happened before when she has had her car cleaned here as they moan they could be doing several cars whilst they are doing hers. Extremely rude and awful service. Disgusted how they have treated an elderly lady.
