Dan Mitchard at Isle of Wight MG has been so very helpful and supportive through the whole process. He has kept in regular touch to update us, to even when our car arrived in the country. He arranged to have our own number plate put on the car for which we were very grateful as that saved us a great deal of hassle. Dan was very informative in taking us through the cars operational systems (no mean feat as we are technophobes!) Dan at Premier Motors was courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He kept us in the loop regarding delivery and prior to picking the vehicle up, sent us a video explaining the screen and controls. He also guided us through the controls when we picked up the car. A great dealership and we will have no problem recommending them.

Dan at Premier MG was great. He was really informative but not at all pushy. I was given all the information I needed to make a decision about buying a car and I'm very happy with the result. Before completing the purchase and collecting the car, Dan sent me a video he had made showing how to access all the functions of the car - really useful as this is my first electric vehicle. All in all, this was a really positive buying experience and I would thoroughly recommend.

Very friendly staff, Barry went out of his way to make us feel special and was fully knowledgeable on all aspects of our experience. He definitely deserves a Christmas bonus!
