        Fantastic customer service from Zoe all the way through. Really pleased with my car - and it was exactly as described (important for me as I travelled several hours to their showroom to test drive). Highly recommended!!

        Excellent service from start to finish. I dealt with Zoe (all online). She was attentive, answered my questions, met my required delivery date and made a personalised video. Didnt need to test drive this car as you get what you pay for with a BMW Used Approved car. The car is in overall excellent condition for the age and mileage. I would highly recommend this company. They seem on the ball. Didnt push after sales and extra packages, but did inform me about them all. Thank you Zoe, the delivery driver and the team for getting it ready in time to meet my tight timelines. Nailed it!

        Dropped the car off at 08:30 for a service and a map update. The service was all done, including the air conditioning, but despite having the car all day, the map update wasn't done as it was still being downloaded at the service centre, which was disappointing.
