Awesome and instant service Having hit a few unavoidable potholes on some of the back roads when I quickly discovered I'd got practically no sealant in my tubeless tyres to make good a re-seal, having limped 10 or so miles on my remaining and borrowed Co2 we made Newport. After a quick Google search for a bike shop managed to find these guys and popped in for help. If carlsburg did bike shops..... top notch, the chaps helped me instantly, added sealant, checked the tyre and rim for damage (fortunately there wasn't any!) and had me on my way with in 10 mins. Thanks guy's, you've been life savers today

Just had a bottom bracket replaced at Bike-Tek and it was a swift and pleasant experience. They are knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. I'd much rather go to a quality local shop than Halfords, where they aren't interested unless you're in a race team!

Got a puncture while cycling through Newport, luckily this place was close by. Had me back on my way within 20 mins. Fab and friendly service.

Fantastic service from great people! Since moving to the area they are my go to for any bike issues I come across. Always happy to give their service with a smile. Great memory for reoccuring issues too and remember the bikes so well.

Bike-tek; great independent bike shop, run by local, friendly and enthusiastic cyclists. Expert sales and servicing of road and off road bikes , great value, speedy and always with a smile, how all bike shops should be!
