Isle of Wight Bikes

As IOW BIKES are a Cipollini dealer I thought it would be nice to give my dream build to a small business, how wrong I was to do this. I received the bike 3 months ago to find after the first ride it was not fit for purpose. 3 months on and a further 500 spent with a trusted local bike specialist, I will hopefully get my bike finally rideable. The care and attention was seriously lacking as was the customer service from Justin. I overpaid and he has not refunded me and told me he is now closing the business down. I hope he does not try to open up under another name. Disgusted and disappointed to be treated like this by a fellow bike enthusiast.

Visited Isle of Wight again this year with grandsons. Late discovery on both bikes of problems. Rang Justin who had sorted my bike last year....yet again instant service, both bikes fixed in 45 minutes and on our way for holiday. Many thanks again Justin

We were just outside Newport when I got a puncture. Decided to try and find a local shop as I didn't have a pump etc with me. Dropped into IOW bikes who replaced the tube in the time it took us to get a coffee. Great service at a sensible price.

Very professional and knowledgeable, only stocks good stuff and won't sell you anything he wouldn't buy himself. Highly recommended.
