My partner and I are cycling a tandem around the island. We managed to get our chain stuck between the cassette and wheel. Couldn't dislodge it, couldn't turn the wheel = we were completely stuck. Phoned Nick who is booked up but happened to be travelling roughly our direction, so he popped over at the earliest opportunity. The tandem is a horrible complex mix of old and new, different parts which require different tools. Nick worked it out, fixed the issue, and got us on our way with a bike working better than it had at the start of the day.
Huge thanks to Nick, clearly knows his stuff and is a top bloke.
