Popped in here today for a make up remover and came out with two gift sets in the sale. The two assistants were so friendly and beckoned our dogs in, gave them a treat and a fuss and were generally really chatty and helpful without being pushy. I'm not local but those who are should definitely use this branch - the one in York could learn some lessons from here.

Well well well, what a lovely experience. As the boyfriend of a longtime user of your products, I was somewhat of a lamen when it came to what to get. I knew the 'flavour' to get, but what products I needed for what my girlfriend needed was a mystery. Going into the store, especially a few days before Christmas, I was riddled with anxieties about what to get and how busy the store was going to be. I walked in, and the first thing I noticed was how presentable and clean the store was. Even in the midst of the holiday season and undoubtedly how busy the store would have been, it really showed the time and effort the employees of the store must have taken to have the shop looking its best for its customers. I began to look around and was immediately overwhelmed by the amount of products there were; the range and variety of items available for customers is truly something to behold, and I'm sure someone who knows more about the products rather than to get the "Green cream" would feel like a kid in the candy store. As I entered the store there were many other customers in perusing. Knowing I wouldn't be able to do this on my own, I approached a member of staff for some advice and guidance. Fortunately for myself, I was lucky enough to speak to Sarah, who turned out to be the manager of the store. Her warm, friendly and professional demeanour instantly quelled any ill-feelings I had; she spoke of her years of experience in retail, and it very much showed as she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and answered all questions I had, and even advised me to additional products my girlfriend may like. She guided me to some excellent quality products I instantly snapped up, and her ability at understanding my needs even resulted in her recommending the exact products my girlfriend use, as if she was a mind reader! I purchased the products and left the store with the largest smile on my face, gleeful at not only how happy my girlfriend eventually was on Christmas morning, but at the first-rate service I received. I highly recommend this store to visit, and if you do please ask for Sarah as you shan't be disappointed. She is an excellent ambassador for your organisation, and you are very lucky to have her work for you.
