        I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Red House Spa in Newport. Not only did Lisa not turn up for my appointment, after I sat waiting for over 40 minutes, she also didnt reply to my message trying to organise a new appointment. I arrived at appointment at 10am, after sitting for 40 minutes waiting I decided to leave as no one in the Red House Spa seemed to know where Lisa was. I finally had a response from Lisa at 11:30am who said she had a personal appointment that ran over! I did try to message her again to rearrange, however over two weeks later still no response. Ive had to message multiple times and even double message just to book an appointment. This is no way to run a business or treat potential customers.
