        Absolutely useless when they over seliously block your account due to so called suspicious activity on your account. Then you spend over 45 minutes going through security questions which I all passed, then transferred to another department who state i need to visit my branch to unlock my account. The only thing i will visiting my branch for is to close my account and my to another bank. Be careful of HSBC they are certainly not the best.

        This bank is the best if you dont need to communicate with anyone..ever...about anything...but if (sorry, when) you get an issue, it will next to impossible and stress you out beyond belief in trying to do so. AVOID THIS BANK, THEY ARE CROOKS, THIEVES AND ANY OTHER BANK YOU CHOOSE WILL BE BETTER JUST BY ANSWERING THE PHONE. Dont believe me..just watch. Useless $&@!!
