Arid Design

My wife and I commissioned Arid to design a brand new house project in Bembridge, and to help advise on fundamental issues of construction and design. Chris and Adam were conscientious, imaginative, extremely hard-working, cost-conscious, collaborative and dedicated. Designing a new house holds many challenges. We are extremely lucky that Chris and Adam crossed our path - and we now have a superb house, in no small part due to their help and expertise.

Adam and his team have run a very large refurbishment project for me dealing with everything from technical detailing and material selection through project management to advice on which subcontractors to use. They dealt with planning conditions and building regulation approvals as well as construction challenges and were always professional, responsive and great to deal with.

We are doing our first Self-Build project & were a little unsure where to start. Chris has provided us with a great design and also liaised with Planning & Building Control on our behalf, as well as giving us plenty of advice which has made the process far easier! We would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you Arid!
