I decided to bite the bullet and see if I could join
I messaged and spoke to Bethany, who was lovely and went along.
As most people know starting a new exercise class can be very daunting not knowing what the atmosphere or people are like.
I shouldnt of worried everyone was friendly and welcoming and Bethany checked on me later on.
My first class was brutal but great,(Im unfit) I soon booked on for both classes and was gutted when we had to stop for Covid.
Im now impatiently waiting to start back up again,
Would recommend Dance Aerobics to everyone.
