        Ordered a mug from here for my niece's birthday and her husband ordered a teapot and mug for her.Without any correspondence they decided to put the mug I ordered in the same box as his,when my niece had the package (which they addressed to him NOT her ) she thought they had made a mistake with her husbands order because there were two mugs,I can't tell you how upset and disappointed I was and I paid postage and packing but I'm sure it said over 40 p & p free which that package certainly was.
