Last Friday a cashier refused to serve my parents and told them to p*** off after being told multiple times it was their shopping on the conveyor belt. My mother requested someone else to serve them because he was being aggressive towards them and he declined and told them to leave. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, and I want confirmation that something has been done about this employee.
