        Very disappointed to lose over 500 for needing to move an appointment due to my disabled child being unwell.

        Bit of a joke really, booked an appointment for 2pm, 20 minutes later I'm still sat in the waiting room. Don't give me a time if you're not going to be ready by then. Treatment was okay but for that wait time it's ridiculous. Single parents do NOT have time to be sat around because you're running late especially for a paid service like this.

        Beccas clinic is fantastic. It's bright and airy, the staff are all welcoming and Becca is so knowledgeable and professional providing her honest opinion on treatments.

        Today I popped into the clinic for a Dermalux light treatment. I was greeted with warm, friendly faces and a hot cup of coffee. During my treatment I was well looked after, I actually fell asleep whilst under the soothing glow of the Dermalux light. I would highly recommend this treatment, and of course this clinic, to everyone. Treat yourself today, Rebecca and the girls will take excellent care of you.
