Natalie is brilliant !! Lovely lady. She has been grooming my cocker spaniel for the last couple of years and he always leaves looking perfect. You need to book well in advance ... because she's so good. A Elliott

I have been a customer for last couple of years. My Yorkshire terrier has been groomed 3 times. I rang a month ago and left a voice mail but no response after wanting to book him in for the summer weather. I rang back to be told not taken no new customers. Very sad customer loyalty just because we have been a little while since my last visit as it been busy time. Plus they had trouble grooming my terrier round the face I had to give a tablet so she could try. As a result I been doing this with no troubles myself. Not great customer service!!!
