Excellent from both a clinical and customer service perspective! The optician diagnosed an asymptomatic retinal detachment and was amazing in ensuring I got the urgent care I needed! The staff are also kind, helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose new glasses after my operation. I cant recommend them highly enough

We visited Peters with children aged 5 and 7 and were very impressed. It's a lovely, welcoming establishment with a great range of frames - some subtle/classic; others very cool/statement. We were greeted by high class professionals in all roles: a friendly, efficient receptionist; an experienced and well-qualified optometrist; and a very attuned and proactive dispensing optician. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service, corrected my wonky frames when I popped in on the off chance. Very happy with the results. Friendly and calm atmosphere with kind staff. Recommend to anyone who likes a calmer way of life and to see staff that actually have the time for you.

I went to this cosy optician situated in the centre of Newmarket due to a problem with my glasses which needs adjustment. I was greeted with a friendly staff who then relayed me to her colleague, Anna. Anna was very friendly and professional She took took her time to properly adjust my glasses and explain what she has done to it. Highly recommended!

I just popped to ask if they would be able to repair a relative's glasses and within minutes it was done. V friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back.
