As a result I got what I believe is one of the best 75%ltv rates on the market, and the additional money I needed to make some much needed home improvement. I approached Shire as we needed advice on remortgaging. At first we were not too sure on whom to approach but what attracted us is the fact they are open till 7pm which meant we did not need to take time off work. Also they can come to you or do everything over a phone call and you just send all the information via a secure portal which is extremely easy to use. We were appointed to Sox and he emailed us first to check the times we would be available for an initial chat. Also he managed to see us face to face on a short notice which was great. From the day we saw Sox which was a Thursday we got our mortgage offer on the Monday and he also put us in touch with a solicitor straight away. I would definitely recommend this company and also our advisor Sox because they have been helpful efficient and fast. Plus we liked that we could email or send a text message at anytime of the day and get the answer fairly quickly.
