        After being let down by another tyre company the team squeezed me in between appointments on a Friday afternoon. Really grateful and will be going to them next time

        How bad is this? I just arrived at the BP station to put air in my run flat tyre but it will take no air, but very hot so I suspect it has had it, but next door is ATS Newmarket so I limped to ATS, but the gate was locked so I parked in the entrance and went into the office, I said I have a problem with my tyre, and he said, we closed 5 mins ago, no sorry, so I said is that, you are not interested? He said yes, we have turned off the compressors. So I left and called Rac, 270 mins for recovery, but I could them working on cars in the ATS, I went back to tell them waiting for RAC to recover the vehicle as there is no spare and they did not care! Update in February despite them asking I complain direct this business has never responded, it is clear this is normal company treatment of clients, sad they made no attempt to discuss the matter, despite several attempts to reach out to them. I will do as they ask, never to return!!!!!!
