Customer service very poor. We spent over 9000 on a new kitchen. They had designed it incorrectly so we were unable to fit the sink we had ordered. Several trips had to be made for missing parts etc. We also didn't receive the pantry unit that was in the quotation. They argued we didn't have this unit in the quote when it clearly shows the pull out unit on the images of the design. So we have paid a premium for a kitchen which isn't what we had designed and Howdens Newmarket aren't willing to help in any way! very very poor
