    I moved into my current flat about 2 weeks ago. With my big surprise there was not hot water... At the current state I still have to wash myself with cold water despite the many 'the plumber will sort this out shortly'. Totally unacceptable service, I cannot believe none checked the state of the boiler/hot water when they did the checkout for the previous tenant.
