Items are competitively priced, delivery was fast, the items were securely packaged, and when I sent a query regarding my order the customer service response was really fast and polite. Will definitely order from here again!

I was delighted to find this superbly stocked shop in Newmarket today. It was an absolute treasure trove for the art and craft enthusiast, in addition to an excellent range of stationery and cards. Friendly and courteous service too.

disappointed , went in for a browse at some items , woman pops out of nowhere hassling me "can i help you" ...i gave specific details on what i wanted and she suggest the complete opposite of my request ...if you choose to have people offering up help id suggest employing someone a bit smarter /enthusiastic ....i walked out and ordered what i wanted from ebay ,everything is overpriced which i could put up with if you had expert advice but no ..
