Cons:
- Not very communicative, my final bill ended up being twice the original quote
- Replaced a part on my car that didn't need changing. When I challenged on this they became irate very quickly (I think they made a mistake with which side was affected and replaced a part on the unaffected side, which I noticed and queried).
Overall was pleased that they got the work done over the weekend, but wouldn't use them again as I received really poor customer service and ultimately believe they made a mistake on the repair and wouldn't give me a concrete reason for the work that was done. Service: Brakes
