        Show house was lovely but fitted, as you'd expect, in the top end finish. Unfortunately, the house we wanted to look at may be another 12 months. For newbuilds yhey are very sturdy with more solid feeling walls etc so we'll be going back.

        Poor quality building. West Suffolk development control have clearly not taken any notice of the concerns of local residents. The estate is badly located. Could give rise to lots of accidents on the road past the site.

        Not even 1 star. This second phase of homes is subject to management fees. Please if you are considering purchasing visit Homeowners Rights Network Facebook page. Do lots of research, ask lots of questions. Use your own solicitor and persist with questions. Don't be told by the salespeople that "it's only ???? each year" These charges are unregulated and uncapped. Your home will not be be true freehold.
