        5 hrs waiting for a call back I've been a patient since Dr Bailey etc started practice, unfortunately they have all retired now. Maybe I'm getting older but the care just isn't the same anymore.

        This practice went from bad to worse. Appointments are booked in two weeks for a phone call only for the dr to call you and tell you you need to be seen and give you an appointment for another week. No follow up on whatever condition they believe you have, but havent been able to confirm. No referral to specialists. Refusing to prescribe medication and sending you to buy it over the counter. So disappointed to be paying their salaries with my taxes.

        Used to rate this practice but in recent times I get the impression they actually don't want you in the surgery. Sent in a photo of my symptoms not heard back and apparently will have to wait until Monday after contacting Thursday night. okay so a little update its now Tuesday 4th April and still have not heard back. Getting on for 6 days .
