Roberto and his staff are real miracle workers. If only I would have met them before moving out of Cambridge, I would have never had to clean myself. The before and after pictures will speak for themselves. On top of that the price is much lower than you would expect it to be, the staff is super responsive and transparent about the whole process. Its truly amazing. Really stop cleaning yourself and go with Glance. Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean

I called for exterior window cleaning at the beginning of August for early September. The man told me to call closer to the time and he would know exactly who I was and would come clean them no problem. I counted on this and by the positive reviews I didn't look for another business. The time came and I called and left messages with no calls returned. It was an end of tenancy clean so I was left scrambling for a cleaner. My mistake, I should have had a plan B. I just thought it was incredibly rude. I found another business and they did a wonderful job. To respond to your response: that was absolutely not the case. You told me your cleaners were busy in August so therefore requested I call closer to the time. You assured me you would remember exactly who I was (your words, not mine) and there would be no problems getting me scheduled. Why would I not have taken the time to schedule someone else in the over the month amount of time I had to secure the job? I didn't bother because you were so reassuring, and have great reviews. I am happy for you that you have a busy schedule, but could you be more pompous? There are plenty of cleaners out there, and you don't deserve the business if you are going to lie over something so silly. What I was looking for is, "I'm sorry I overbooked myself and did not return any of your phone calls." Not, "first come first serve!!!" Give me a break. I am doing you the favor by paying for your advertised services, not the other way around.
