I had very bad experience at the West Garage , on Dec 22 my car had a breakdown and I took my car to this garage and was not fixed till new year as they didnt had much manpower and every time I called to follow up they said they need more time and finally after more than 3 weeks when I went to collect my car I was surprised from the charges they charged me for doing nothing and had to take my car back in the exact same condition , not even my car was starting , seems like I just paid them 150 just to keep my car in there garage for 3 weeks and doing nothing . Wont recommend it to anyone as I am still very shocked and sad the way they overcharged me . Moreover than my cars condition I am upset with there service and charges.

I've not long lived in Exning, and now taken my car to West's twice. Once for a relatively small job and then again after being recovered by the AA for a bigger job - they've been really great to deal with, both understanding and helpful. The work was done efficiently and to a great standard. Will definitely be using them again, and would recommend them to others.
