Covid regulations adhered to. Masks must be worn. Finding, since the pandemic have to queue a lot longer. I like the service l get at this branch. The staff are very helpful and explain their products very clearly. Although living in Cambridge l always use the Newmarket branch as the journey is quicker and parking easier and affordable. My only criticism and why l have not given 5 stars is this branch is closed on Saturdays. The hours too are shorter and l guess this is why there are queues. I do hope Nationwide will think about addressing this problem, otherwise they are a great building society.

Atm is great. Didn't charge me any fees and took my new Zealand card. Cash came out in smaller notes

Nationwide here is a pleasure to visit, compared to Cambridge. I travel from Cambridge to Newmarket just to get the sort of customer service l treasure. Staff here are not all young. I find the maturity and experience a plus when needing advice and even the younger staff are courteous. The time taken with each customer is efficient and not rushed. You get the feeling they are personally interested in you the customer. If l drive all the way from Cambridge and pay for parking there has to be something in it - l recommend you take the time if you are a Nationwide customer to go and see for yourself....And another little touch is their 1 books that you can buy. Money goes to charity and customers donate these books for sale. Well done Nationwide staff who work here!
