We have now used Hartwells to shutter blind 3 bedrooms and our dining room on 2 separate occasions. We have found their customer service at the outset from Sarah very good explaining our options/ colours etc Then the measuring and fitting led by Andrew is 1st class The products we believe are excellent

I ordered some top of the range blinds from Hartwell. Whilst expensive, they are an amazing product - no ugly cords stretching the length of the windows, as I had in a previous property. A family owned business, my experience with this company has been one of first class service from beginning to end. It is such a joy to have telephone calls answered promptly and efficiently by knowledgeable people. The measuring was accurate, the blinds came earlier than predicted, and they were fitted with the minimum of mess and disruption. I was so pleased that the fitters took away all my old curtains and fittings when they had finished. I am very happy to recommend this company.
