        I came into the bank in Newmarket thismorning and I haven't left the house in a while and the Natwest branch felt very safe with their measures in place (tape on the floor, screens, hand sanitiser, masks). I was shown to a room and Lorna, sat me down and discussed what I was looking to do. I don't usually write reviews, but Lorna was superb! She talked through what I needed to do, confirmed details and was so friendly and helpful. She was very patient and I can honestly say the whole experience was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend the Newmarket branch to anyone. Thank you Lorna, it was lovely to meet you and I really appreciate the time you took to help me!

        I think this Bank is my favourite and it's wheelchair friendly and so are the staff.. Amanda is awesome.. See you after lockdown x
