        I asked about downgrading my Club Lloyd's account to a classic account. I was told that I can't do it online. I was told to phone a number which is almost impossible to get an answer from. So I managed to do it myself online.

        Can I say a big thank you to staff in the Newmarket Branch who on th May took exceptional care of my son when he experienced a panic attack ( PTSD) , very often people think sufferers under the influence of drink or drugs, not in this case the staff could not have been more kind and understanding, sorry in his confused state my son didn't get names, you know who you are Thank you very much.
