decimal+ have looked after my company and personal affairs for over four years now. Initially with my first company Just Cambridge Talent and more recently, my property maintenance business. I dont particularly enjoy the financial administration part of running a business, so decimal+ provide the perfect solution. They manage everything from company bookkeeping and VAT to my personal tax return. This leaves me free to focus on what I do best, managing my team and growing my business. I have quarterly management reviews with Ben to evaluate how we are performing and I cant express how useful this process is. It is easy to get carried away with the day to day and overlook the crucial elements of running a successful business. In my case these are job profitability and cash flow management. These meetings help keep me on track with my goals by providing the action points I need to focus on in the weeks ahead

A few years ago I needed the help of a professional accountant. I required full management of my personal accounts, involving student loans, all tax matters and general advice.
