Last week I rang up about my daughters epilepsy tablets now for when I rang up the store the man was so rude and shouting down the phone at me. Ive never heard nothing like it so I told him I was coming down as I only live opposite from the pharmacy I came Dan the man was absolutely scared. I said to you had no right to share with me. Im asking you about my George medication and your stream channel and he said to me calm down calm down I said no I shouldve come, then you need to do customer relations a bit or youre in the wrong job now today on Facebook one of my friends her daughter. Same situation shes rang up she only lives round the back the same man Nigerian small skinhead guy started shouting on the phone. She was crying and everything apart. I want to go round there and back to him. This man need something he needs to be fired or something bad is going to happen to him. This is not me this is not my friend this is about the seventh time Ive seen it online and this mornings attitude with him was absolutely disgusting at 8:55 he had half a shutter app and hes going Yo, what do you want? Yo, what do you want? Im not speak to me properly Im asking do you have any cough medicine in right now and he said to me no go away and go to the shop. Very happy with this pharmacy. Very nice and knowledgeable staff who even chased a prescription for me when it wasn't there. Items for sale are reasonably priced considering it's a small pharmacy. I was given good advice when asking for help.

Best experience ever. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I get more helpful medical advise from this pharmacy than from my GP.
