Elephant & Castle Day Nursery Ltd

My daughter has been attending the nursery for 1 year - since around her 1st birthday. The nursery is absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend it highly enough; she is really thriving there and it all comes down to the genuine love and care that she gets from all of the staff. It is very evident that all of the staff have an incredible commitment to the children they look after and teach and their warmth and support is what makes this nursery so wonderful and stand out so much. I am always confident that my daughter is being cared for and having fun which is what nursery is all about. Keep up the wonderful work! Thanks all.

Our son has been with Elephant & Castle nursery since infancy. He has been in the best care with the staff who are skilled, caring, nurturing and welcoming. We are kept informed of development by attending regular review meetings. The curriculum follows the recommended learning and development paths. The layout of the areas are spacious , clean and supportive of a variety of different life skills for their age groups. We highly recommend you consider enrolling your child here. The other nurseries in the area were enclosed, stuffy, old and the staff looked tired and grumpy on the job. Here you are welcome with friendly smiles and fresh staff who seem genuinely passionate about their job and the children. Definitely consider this nursery you wont regret it.

My child has attended this nursery from February 2017 (2 Years old) after I removed from the Cooperative nursery in Waterloo due to poor standards, so it was important for me, to find a nursery with great facilities, dedicated, professional, loving, caring staff and I believe Elephant and Castle exceeded my expectations. My child has flourished very well under their care, they have always provided great communication with me and always found the time to collaborate with me on child and parental milestones such as potty training and home learning. My daughter really loves and respects her teachers, always talks about them with great happiness. She always looks forward to telling them about her weekends and what she gets up to. She's developed a real sense of ownership in the time she's been their and am confident that they have developed her well enough ready to start school. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they did not do any external trips or visits out of the nursery. However so, I was actually brought to tears at my daughters graduation from preschool, as I am very grateful for all they have done for me and my family and will definitely recommend them on.
