        Extremely rude and disrespectful experience there. Like the review below, I came there to return some Hermes parcel but I had never used the service. Upon entering I heard the cashier said we were uneducated (with no reason?). At the machine, the lady started giving me order and was extremely impatient when I was just trying to scan my code. I told her to wait and stop being rude which she didnt reply. However when I started speaking french with my friend she started raising her voice and her colleague immediately shouted at me. I told her I had never used the service and dont like how they are being rude. They were being menacing so I stopped talking back. Will never go there again and so should you AVOID AT ALL COST. Being polite and helpful is the most basic skill you need as a retailer. Not talking to me as if you were scolding a child.
