        I had a stroke a few years ago and have been left with double vision. Cut a long story short Ravi found the right contact lense for my eye and I CAN SEE. Ravi explained everything so I understood. Not going to lie. I cried. Thank you so much Ravi. Waiting for my daily lense delivery now. Very much appreciated. 4 Stars as I had to wait... Long..

        Got a letter and email for free eye test. Made an appointment, got eyes tested. Got the sales pitch on cost and decided to go home and think about it. On my way home I get a phone call telling me I owed them 10. Unbelievable, no where had this been mentioned nor was I told on arrival. So I then had to walk all the way back to pay them.
