I went into this shop to have my data transfer from my old to the new phone they charge my 25 pound for this services they fail to tell me that you can get a refund for this services in case we can provide the service l was in the shop for one hour Plus and after they could provide the service and refuse to give me back my money this day light rubbery.

I had the worst experience ever since I am a customer and the service provided by the lady today was disappointed and discriminated against me,I went for help and I was accused of being rude with customers,but was no customers in the shop,I have a condition that I do not hear properly and people think I am speaking loudly but is my health condition,I was accused that I am shouting,and the lady with black hear was very rude and laugh in my face face and she didnt want to help me out the worst experience ever,I do not recommend to nobody wen you have to deal with people like her,I didnt believe I will be discriminated do to my disability
