Went into this shop after being turned away and messed around by the big high street stores. I was asking for a larger than usual ring size for an engagement ring. This store owner went above and beyond to make my fianc happy after being so disappointed. The personal touch and excellent customer service given by this gentleman was outstanding, so much so that today I went and collected our wedding ring set from him. I recommend this shop to anyone, first class. Thank you so much, you have made my wife to be and myself extremely happy
