Came here about 8 years ago to return a parcel via collectplus and I still have the most awful memories of it! The owner is extremely rude. Ignores you when you come into the shop for a solid few minutes and doesn't say a single word. Scans your parcel and doesn't give a receipt. When I requested for the receipt he printed one out which didn't even have a code as he didn't scan it properly and it was marked as 'error/invalid'. When I asked him to do it again he then properly scanned it and gave me the receipt angrily as if I were the problem? The owner is seriously delusional, he's like a zombie- very scary!! My friend went in there and had the same experience. Avoid.
