I have been a Chase Evans customer for almost a year. The maintenance department has really low efficiency, every time, after I reported for repairing, the maintenance man always come several days later than the exact appointment time. I got stood up for many times. But our property manager Alan is always responsible and efficient. He helped me to urge the maintenance team many times.
